What Mensa is
Mensa is a restaurant discovery and table-reservation platform for Yerevan, Armenia. You can browse restaurants, check real-time availability, and book a table directly with the restaurant through the app, with or without an account.
Accounts
Creating an account requires a valid phone number, which we verify with a one-time code, and a password. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
Reservations
A reservation is an agreement between you and the restaurant; Mensa facilitates the booking but isn't a party to it. Availability, seating, and cancellation policies are set by each restaurant. You may book on behalf of another guest; you remain responsible for that reservation.
Reviews
You may only review a restaurant after staff have confirmed your reservation was completed. Reviews must be honest and based on your own visit. We may remove reviews that violate this or applicable law.
Acceptable use
Don't use Mensa to harass restaurants or other users, submit false reservations, or attempt to access data that isn't yours.
Limitation of liability
Mensa is provided as-is during this early stage of the product. We aren't liable for a restaurant's failure to honour a reservation, food quality, or service. Those are the restaurant's responsibility.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
