What we collect
Your name, phone number, and optionally email, when you create an account. Reservation details (date, time, party size, special requests) when you book. Reviews, photos, and follows you choose to post. If you book for a friend, their name, phone, and optionally email, only with your confirmation that you're allowed to share them.
How we use it
To create and manage your reservations, verify your phone number, let restaurants contact you about a booking, send confirmations and reminders, and personalise recommendations based on your own activity.
Third-party services
We use Google Maps for restaurant locations and directions, Yandex Maps for alternative directions links, and Open-Meteo for weather shown on your booking confirmation. None of these receive your account credentials.
Location
We only access your device's location if you explicitly grant permission, to show restaurants near you or search a map area. It isn't stored beyond that session.
Data retention
If you delete your account, it's deactivated immediately, your phone number is freed up, and your email is replaced with a placeholder. Past reservations and reviews remain on record, since restaurants have a legitimate record-keeping interest in completed bookings and public reviews.
Your rights
You can review and update your profile details, and delete your account, at any time from Account settings.
